ideal amount of lighting?

I am completely new to the hobby. I just started a 14gal Biocube. I would love some suggestions about number of hours of lighting with the three different bulbs that came standard with this set-up( Actinic, Daylight, and Lunar LED). I only have live rock now. Eventually plan on introducing cleanup crew and then a few soft corals and a fish or two over the coming months...slowly of course. Any help with a lighting schedule or game plan for the different stages..ie: cycling, introduction of corals and when the tank is established would be greatly appreciated.
