Where to find my pico

So I've been looking around and can't find any glass shops near by.

Ive seen a feiw people on here with really nice pico reefs custom built.

Where can I find one?

I need a new tank for my mantis . I'm looking for like 3-4 gallon range

6" by 8" by 4" or something similar

I'm also not looking to spend more than 20$
