In an effort to provide you with the best possible service through this forum, I am available for contact through my company email: forums@premiumaquatics.com As an update: Premium is looking at doing some city-based deliveries in the future, and we're asking around now to find out what sort of interest there would be. Essentially, these events would work like a 'Reef Club Group Buy' or like picking up orders at a show or event. The only difference would be that there needn't be an event to justify the delivery, merely enough interested parties placing orders to make the trip worthwhile. This is a great chance to get live rock, salt, sand or other oversized items without paying the high shipping charge! If this is something that interests you, please contact me and let me know. The more interest we have, the more realistic it will be to get this program off the ground! 3/23/12 Premium Update: Ecotech Radions are back in stock! Aqua Illumination SOL Blue (in black finish) are now in! NEPTUNE APEX are due back next week as well. The whole city-based delivery system is just a courtesy that we're trying to offer, since the group buys always work really well. This new system would allow groups of hobbyists to form their own orders, rather than being tied to the schedule or the whims of the club as a whole. We're not trying to detract from the clubs in the least, we've just seen that often times there are groups of serious consumers who'd prefer the ability to organize their own buys. We'd like to make that possible. Nothing about this system is set in stone, as it's still in the planning stages. We welcome any suggestions or ideas that anyone may have! Link to comment

Customs fees and delays often discourage me from ordering from companies based out if the USA, but I wish it didn't. Often products that I am interested in are not available in Canada yet. I don't know what the specific customs/tariffs/taxes would be to any specific region, but during weekday business hours (GMT - 5:00) you can contact one of the reps via live chat on Premium's website for assistance calculating what charges you might expect.
