ifynanceu
anybody out there know anything on how to cure the ich/whitespots on a powder brown tang? what can you do to prevent it? i have him in a 50gal show, 1 rose anenome, 1 fire clown (no signs of ich), 1 med/large piece of pink frogspawn, 1 stalk thick stem pom pom zenia, tonga blue electric mushrooms, and some zoanthis polyps...i know not to treat copper in the tank, but i also have no other tank to put him in...i have dosed with garlic it helped for a week, but it's back off and on...any suggestions? pyrrhus
you could try a freshwater dip, or a cleaner shrimp. before doing the dip i would do more research and make sure that the tang can handle the dip. spend the 40 buck it will take to set up a QT tank with a small PH with sponge prefilter, heater and tank. you will appreciate its benefits.
