Both of those LPS corals are famous for being very aggressive, producing lots of long sweeper tentacles at night well in excess of a foot long. Elegance corals are having problems these days (see the first post in the advanced corals forum) so i'd probably go with the torch coral. If your light fixture only has room for one bulb, go with a 50/50 bulb. It should be enough wattage for a small tank. Link to comment
