JoelRHale
Okay, here is just a short rundown, I was struggling with cyano: This wasn't the worst of it, it eventually covered all the sand and started creeping up the rocks. I ordered the Red Slime Remover and here is my tank 60 hours after the first dose. I did not stir the sand: It will not solve the source of the problem but if you couple it with taking steps to fix the source you will see instant results. I am thoroughly impressed with the product and would recommend it. Link to comment
franklypre
I just added my second dose a few minutes ago, got the mountain dew tank right now. Glad to see it worked for you, it gives me hope. Link to comment
JoelRHale
Oh yeah, totally forgot to mention this, if you have a skimmer set it to skim dry. My skimmer drains into a bottle and I didn't adjust my skimmer. I skimmed 20oz overnight. Good luck in your treatment! Link to comment
londonloco
I've used UltraLife Red Slime Remover AND the fw version Blue Green Algae Remover, it does work. Watch your inverts tho, both times I used it to remove Red Slime it killed my Peppermint Shrimp. The fw version didn't kill any fw inverts. Link to comment
