Eddie
Hi i just bought a 50/50 6,000k 15 watt acentic 03 , for my ten gallon will that be enough for my live rock and coral? Link to comment
reef hugger
i don't know what kind of coral you are planning on keeping. the 15w might be enough for some brown shrooms and button polyps. i would suggest getting at least a csl 32w smartlite, you would be able to keep a larger varity of corals. they are only about $50 w/shipping from this site. eferna
a 15W give you 1.5 W per gallon of light. I would only keep fish at that amount of light. If you want to get into coral you would need at least 3-5Watts per gallon. What kinda corals were you looking to keep? Printerdown01 has on his website the amount of light required to keep certain corals. http://www.geocities.com/printerdown01/lig...g.n.corals.html Link to comment

Sahin
I agree, you need as a very basic rule min. 3watts per gallon of lighitng to keep any coral. Get a better lighting and you can keep some really nice corals. Link to comment
