I'm waiting on my CUC atm but i've been looking and thinking of some ideas for my corals. Wondering if anyone has any opinions or ideas as to what would be good fits. Equipement: Power Head(s): Two Hydor Koralia Nano 240gph. Filter: AC70. Heater: Eheim Jager Trutemp 100 Watt. Lighting: Coralife Lunar Aqualight HO 4T5 30-in lamp. 20lbs of LR and 30lbs of Nature's Ocean Premium Marine Substrates Sand. I am going to take a picture of the rockscape as soon as I get home from school today so I can show more of what it looks like for anyones creativity! Any ideas or opinions would be greatly appreciated! Link to comment
asting Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 If you're not too sure where to start, I'd say stick with softies at the beginning. Zoanthids, mushrooms, and other softies would do fine under those conditions. It's really a matter of preference though. What do you think looks cool? Check out livestock sites for ideas. Acielot Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 I personally prefer soft corals that make mats like zoanthids but the occasional birds nest or stag coral gives a good contrast of color and height. Link to comment
