fastredponycar Posted April 16, 2004 Share Posted April 16, 2004 i'm no electrician but I would think that it would. just not the other way around. then again, I would be worried that the ballast sending some sort of power to get teh bulb going might blow the bulb if it's sending too much for the lower wattage bulb to handle.
