Skimmer/refgium idea.

Well, I'm still tossing around a few refugium ideas for my 5 gallon hex and am considering just making one that meets my needs. I can use one of these Lee's hang on specimen containers(the bigger one):

Also, I'll add a divider in it so I can put this skimmer on one side(or a Piccolo if I can find one):

The clear refugium should get sufficient light from the lights above the tank(39 watts PC). This is about as far as I've gotten. I need ideas on how to best plumb a return and intake to not stir up my refugium too much. I was thinking the intake on the skimmer side, then the skimmer feeding the refugium side internally(via overflow) which has the return back into the tank. I want a micro jet powerhead in there somewhere to help with circulation. Where should I put that to feed this setup? The refugium side with a return into the tank? What should I put in the refugium? A little LR rubble, LS/Mud and macroalgae? I realize this setup is probably not needed on this tank but I can do this for under $45 and I like tweaking things anyways. If I don't have anything to tweak or adjust I get bored :^). Thanks for any ideas on making this work,

Scott
