outerorbiter8-1
Hi this is my first post here so hello to all I have kept marine FO tanks for a while now and I am getting ready to start a nano reef. But to get to my question, How long are the 65 watt bulbs because I want to use the 24 inch coralife aqualight with 2x65 watt bulbs on a 10 gallon. I think the bulbs will reach from end to end and then a little of the fixture will hang off. I am also thinking of placing some tape or something on the ends of the fixture if too long to block out and light on the ends that may hang over. I know they make the 96 watt quad but I like the extra light and the two switchs on the 2x65 light Thanks Link to comment
coral reef
yep your right the smallest they make the cl aqua light for 65w is 24'' so you would have to do what you were talking about Link to comment
MGXsport
It would work just get the little legs they sell with it and it can sit perfectly above the tank. Link to comment
KrackerG
if you have a 10 gallon, a 20" light fits perfectly. curent makes a 20" Link to comment
