coral reef Posted April 9, 2004 Share Posted April 9, 2004 bahh thats crap there titainaum heaters stink and i bet there fixtures are even worse theres a guy on ebay selling 150w hqi pend made by aqua medic its a german company so you know its done right hes selling them for i think 220$ for the 150 and 250$ for the 250 watt also i belive you can choose between a 13 or 20k bulb for the company who makes it thats a great deal Link to comment

An icecap 150watt ballast...$115. A bulb...$50-90. The best quality you can get...for about the same $$$. No noisy fan needed. Link to comment
