5.5 to 20h, not sure about....

hi all im moving up from a 5.5 to a 20h and was wondering is it ok to put the water from the 5.5 into the freshly made water for the 20h, like to mix them?.....any and all help is greatly appreciated as i am really unsure of how to do this, thanks in advance.

Yeah, mixing the water is fine...just dump the water from the 5.5 into the 20, then top off with freshly made stuff. Just be sure that you aren't dumping in detritus, etc into the new tank.
