dead polyps in colony, what do i do?

I picked up a very inexpensive colony of what were labeled 'Yellow Polyps' the other day. This colony has a patch of what appear to be dead polyps and I am curious what the best way to remove them is going to be. Bear in mind that this colony was introduced yesterday, and all polyps have fully opened except for this patch.

i would just be more patient with the coral. it can take corals different amounts of time to get acclimated to your tank, even within the same colony. even if it is truely dead, i dont think it will effect the rest of the coral?

i found a small piece of green star polyp that had broken off from my main colony buried in the sand across my tank. i superglued it to a piece of rock. it didn't open for a week, but now i am begining to see the buds pop out.

patience is the key..
