macrodactyla
I'm wondering if I could keep a small citron goby in my nano cube without having to feed it? The tank is heavily planted with an unknown species of macro algae that was a hitch hiker on my fiji live rock. As a result of this (i think) the tank has an enormous amount of amphipods and copepods in it. I guess my question is could such a small predator be kept without depleting the other fauna? onthefly
Perhaps if you run a fuge where prey can reproduce without the pressure of the predator. Otherwise, you'll be dropping some cyclopeeze or soaked brine in every few days. You might have a ton of pods now, I added a cleaner shrimp and he practically cleaned me out of pods.........I didn't know they'd go after pods! I lost the cleaner over xmas and a month later my pods have exploded! So, the simple pressure of one predator in a confined space would be drastic! Link to comment
