What light should i use??!!!!!!

I'm setting a 7gallons or 10gallons tank. I don'y know what kind of light I should use. I want your comment,advice and suggestion. For the corals, I want to have many different kinds. I want the light that I can have many different kinds.Maybe the kind that don't use too many lights. I don't want MH. It's too hot. What do you guys think?

For the 7 a few people have done the duel 32 watt mod fitting it into the stock minibow canopy

 

As for the 10 alot of people like the 96 watt 50/50 kit from hellolights these both should support alot of corals but probably not clams or SPS.
