A few photos for (hopefully) some identification

Hello. I have a couple of things for identification, if any of you could lend a hand.

 

The first is two shots of some colonies of "scale-like" things. They flouresce blue and/or green, and they are immobile and pretty soft, and they will give when touched.

 

The second is a bright green, segmented thing that doesn't move either. You can't see the segments in the picture because I had trouble focusing.

it's on the rock, pointing more-or-less straight up. I'm not certain whether or not it's hard or soft.

I looked at the pictures of the brown wafer algae, and mine don't resemble those very closely, but that might be because they are small. I'm not sure...

Yea i'm sure it is the brown wafer algae, the pic on the site i gave you is a developed growth. I have the exact same stuff as you in my tank, and that is exactly how it looks at first
