c_hemmerich Posted April 1, 2004 Share Posted April 1, 2004 i have a 5.5 gallon, regular old fashioned rectangular tank. i am not very good at all with electrical and right now i have a 50/50 coralife mini-compact. i was just wondering, if i wantd to add another mini compact but the canopy of my tank only has space for one... does any one have any recommendations for light fixtures or something that i can do so that i can house candycanes, mushrooms and ricordias??? Cellenzweig Posted April 2, 2004 Share Posted April 2, 2004 If you build a custom hood, you can get two of the 20w in there. I am using 4x20w on my 10g without any issues. That will be enough for anything except clams and sps. Link to comment
