Building an HOB w/ Incandescent hood: 10 watt 50/50 vs. 15 watt incan

Which would work better for general plant growth, the fluorescent 50/50 10 watt, or the color max 15 watt incandescent bulb? The refugium is an HOB filter without media, about ten inches deep. Will be about 6 inches deep with sand, etc in it.

I'd definately go with flourescent over incandescent. You'll get more light from it.
