Jalli lighting ballast

I have recently purchased a Jalli 36w pc hood off of ebay for $25

But I am thinking about replacing the bulb with a higher wattage bulb, but I am not sure if the ballast will be able to handle it . Has anyone else used this type of lighting before. Please respond If you have ,or know where I can find some more info on this. Thanks to all that reply.
