jesman002 Posted March 29, 2004 Share Posted March 29, 2004 i have a 20 galllon reef i have 20 lbs lr and 10 lbs ls and its been going for about 4 weeks now im using a skilter 250 for a skimmer and have had the filter pads in since i started no carbon just the pads and was wondering if i should take the pads out or leave them in iv read alot of people saying that they will cause the nitrates to get to high and not to use them any info?
