hi all,

 

i was just given by a friend of mine a CPR AquaFuge.

 

what do you think about this fuge ?

i was about to make my own fuge, and installing it on my 25G's sump, after looking at some of R-B "Art-Work" and am wondering what your opinions are about this HOB fuge ?

any major flaws ?

how can it be improved and am i better at building my own fuge rather than installing the CPR ?

the cpr fuge is an ok product, especially when it's free! The only thing you might wanna do is drill a small hole in the return pipe, just under the water line. That way, if power ever goes out, it won't back siphon into your tank/sump. If your sump has enough empty space this may not even be neccesary.
