mrscritz
Has anyone tried the reef capable lights? I'm thinking of them for my 46 bowfront. Link to comment
ry05coupe
They are OK for lowe light softies and maybe some LPS, but that's about it. Link to comment

Trogdor447
+ 1 more.. not good for sps or anything - for the price your better off looking at some t5ho's Link to comment
DIstudio
I have one of these...and the plug where the switch is on the side of it keeps shorting out, doesn't produce nearly the right light for the corals either. I replaced it with GU10 LED bulbs, which turned out to be cheaper than the marineland fixture. Plus the light seems very yellow, almost as if a giant took a tinkle in my tank. Link to comment
