Coralife 2 x 65 watt ballast ?

Im considering cannabalizing my 2 x 65 to put the actinics in my DIY 175 watt halide hood.

 

Is there a ballast running each bulb or is it some sort of dual ballast that runs both bulbs?

 

Would it even be worth putting the "daylight bulb" in with MH? I would have 305 watts total if i did B)
