Korbin Posted March 18, 2004 Share Posted March 18, 2004 Old maxijets = good new maxijets = bad (they got bought out and quality went down the tubes) minijets = indestructable, reliable, not easily customizable. crappo suction cups. new ehiem powerheads = 1/2 decent but PITA. Don't always start up. You have to pop it off the glass and rip the casing open to get it to start. Then you have to put the suctions cups you pulled out back on... Just sucks. Hagen (i think thats the brand) - very reliable and customizable but sorta noisy. Rio - don't even think about it. That's been my experience. Link to comment
