SbCaes
hey john, in a 6 gallon tank. how important is mechanical filtration to the health of algae? or is it not really needed? im thinking of taking off the fluval edge's hob filter. the AC20 they provided) and putting a tunze ato on the back instead? flow would be provided by a single mp10? thoughts? sea grass is doable thus far in the tank btw. johnmaloney
I like carbon in any macro setup, and a HOB makes that possible. I guess with that small of a tank though it would be easier to change the water if need be to remove organics than to top it off everyday. Link to comment
