Spray bar or normal outlet?

I use a Penn-Plaxx cascade 1000 (pumps supposedly 285gph) in my tank with just a prefilter, some carbon(14oz) and a polishing media, but the cascade offers me a spraybar or the normal outlet to the return of the canister. So far I've hooked up just the normal diverter outlet. But I wonder if the spraybar would be a good situation.

 

I dont want a spraybar above the waters surface because of salt creep, but I wonder if the spray bar would better circulate the water all over?

 

I went to a not so local fish store and seen a return nozzle on their outlet that had two fan attachments and it spun around, but I have yet failed to find where to buy that, and I wonder if that circulating nozzle device is old school and of no use, or if it's quite good.
