RDB
I have a tubeworm who was busy today making his tube 1/2 longer and has a sac of some sort with tons of little dots in it. This worm has long clear tentacles that come out from the mouth of the tube. Is this an egg sac of some sort and should I be worried? I have a picture but since it is small and out of macro range it isn't very clear. Link to comment
Aiptasia
It could be an egg sac although i'm not really up on tubeworm reproductive habits. It could also be eggs from another animal that have become attached to the tubeworm skeleton. Sometimes this happens with snail spawn, etc. For now, i'd just keep a watch on it. When in doubt, sometimes doing nothing is the best answer. Link to comment
