Bunky Squid Posted July 27, 2002 Share Posted July 27, 2002 so one of my mushrooms has been shriveled for a day or so, i tested the water and didn't notice anything amiss. today it was sort of extended up, the stalk is showing but the top isnt even half open. then i noticed a little slimy thread of some organic matter with some tiny bubbles mixed in. and this was constricted around the stalk -- i can even see the little bulges in the stalk on either side because of how tight it is. any ideas what this is? how should i deal with it?
