flstout
I have a 6 weeks old 20 gallon ViaAqua (780) nano reef and I am less than impressed with the lighting (2x36). The ballast has already been replaced in just two months time. The actinic pc seems to be just blue and the overall light from both pc's seem to be lower than I expected. My questions are: Are there better lighting options available? Should I replace the blue pc with a true actinic 03 lamp? Does anyone have DIY or commercial available product experiences with this tank? Should I add just a strip lamp (NO) to augment the lighting. What, if any, have other ViaAqua owners felt about the stock lighting? Any suggestions would be most welcome. Link to comment
LITTLEFISHEE
I've never had a problem with mine. You could always retrofit, but that's one of the best things about that tank. Contact the manufacters: www.commodityaxis.com Link to comment
