Freemind Posted April 20, 2011 Author Share Posted April 20, 2011 I always rinse and towel dry anything that goes in the tank. Rust forms on wet metals. Stainless doesn't mean rust proof. Get the saltwater off and dry it and you shouldn't see any rust. Normal metal tools, you oil. But I won't be oiling anything going into my tank. Link to comment
