derekschwabe
I have heard many different opinions on this issue and have been trying to figure out what type of protein skimmer would be most sufficient for a 10 gallon nano. I have seen the simple, inexpensive skimmers that operate by an air pump and complicated ones that's prices can go into the hundreds. My question is which type would be the most sufficient for a nano reef aquarium, and how much can I be expected to spend on it. If you know of any skimmers that have worked well for you could you tell what they are called and where I can find them? Thanks in advance! Link to comment
Arden
I have used my bakpak on my 46gal for a year and a half and I have to recommend it as well. The design is about as simple and compact as it gets. Link to comment
Quash
IMHO ferget the skimmer, your tank is pretty small for any accidents. I would check into refugiums if it matters to have something. Other than that, my 10g block is doing great. I do wc's every week Link to comment
