My nano consists of a 5gallon with 4 lbs of LR, one 13watt 7000k pc and one 13watt atnic pc. Livestock consists of a red open brain coral, a hawaiian feather duster and a gold striped chromis. Filteration is done with a small hang on wet dry filteration and some macroalgae. I have one question, What else should I add? Any suggestions would be appreciated Link to comment

Tempest Posted March 3, 2004 Share Posted March 3, 2004 Do you have test kits? - ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, calcium, magnesium, pH and alkalinity would all be good. How about a refractometer to measure SG? Do you have a heater? I agree with jaguilar - get a few snails (astrea, margarita, cerith) and maybe even an emerald crab if there is hair algae. You also might want to consider adding another couple lbs of live rock. Link to comment
