It broke about four years ago but now I'm actually think I should get it fixed and make good use of it. It needs a new membrane. Problem is, I have been unable to find the maker, American Family Industries anywhere. They were around in 1996 I think when I requested a catalog. Does anyone know what happened to them or if any substitute membranes would work? Thanks. Link to comment
tyoberg Posted July 29, 2002 Share Posted July 29, 2002 There's really only 2 types of RO membrane out there. Dow's TFC membrane is the one most commonly used for reef tank systems. I'd try calling reefpure.com or aquariumwaterfilters.com and ask them. Ty Link to comment
