MiReef Posted March 18, 2011 Share Posted March 18, 2011 Hi Guys, I am planning to DIY LED retrofit for my 12G nanocube (old model) now with only 24W PC. Planning on 6 cool whites and 6 royal blues. The transparent shield in the hood looks crappy and looks smaller than nanocube DX. Do you guys think that I won't have any good light distribution in the tank. Hope to have refugium in the middle chamber of the tank (filter area) with some led lighting. I'll update this post as I go along with my pet project Link to comment
