seabass Posted February 29, 2004 Share Posted February 29, 2004 50/50 means that half of the bulb is one thing and the other half is something else; typically this means that half the bulb is actinic and the other half is 10,000K. 28W is not a lot of light for a 10-gallon tank. Although you would be able to keep certain corals, I’d be shooting for at least twice that amount of light. Link to comment
