SeaSide
I took pic from one of my friend's tank. When he asked what's this? Well... I am newbie too, and have no idea except it looks like a sort of polyp. His tank is less than 2 month old, and this polyp is speading. Please ID this one. Thanks. Link to comment

tinyreef
one of the stoloniferan-type corals, not really precise i know. sorry. they all act alike (the stolon-types) anyways. they seem to prefer medium current and seem to be able to tolerate varied lighting levels. usually very hardy ime. the lighter colored ones (e.g. yellow, greens, whiteish) are a little more touchy. they may need supplemental feeding or custom environments. hth Link to comment
SeaSide
Thanks both of you. Yves and tiny. I searched internet with those two names Yves provided to me, and search came up with a lot of pictures. I saw pics of happy mature corals... but his is still too small, not fully developed. So.. that gives me hard to compare and figure out the exact thing. Whatever it is... Your close enough identification and good explanation would be a great information to me. I am happy to have some names and its characteristics. My friend will be too. Thanks you all. Link to comment
