Swimming worm thing

Ok, I'm going to do my best to describe this thing to you since it is too fast and small to catch.

 

 

What it looks like first of all is a white worm about an inch long and about 2 millimeters in diameter, so larger than your average worm thing. Now the catch is, is that I didn't see it crawling along the liverock like most of the wormy things in my tank, but it was swimming!! almost like a little fish..

 

 

Can anyone come close to helping me out on this one?

 

 

keep in mind that it was dark in my room with the lights out, and dissapeared while the lights were on.. (obviously nocturnal)
