fmfa0801
I have a acrylic overflow and It drips every second onto my floor. Its leaking in the conner where the 2 peices are glued together. Is there a silicon or something I can put over the leak? I have marineland silicone but I dont know If I can use it? Link to comment
Flicker
you could use bubble gum as an emergency fix... Make sure you pick a flavor your corals would like. Link to comment

Flicker
Really any flexible and water-tight silicone would work... you can buy some from a local pet store or go to HD and get one of those tubes of it for cheaper. Link to comment
CoralWhisperer
Dont sound like too big of a leak or deal . . . Take it off, dry it, and squirt some superglue gel into the leaking corner. Let that dry completely, and put it all back. Silicone gonna take at least 24hrs to seal/dry and 48hrs to fully cure, the superglue gel will be done in minutes. Link to comment

I just didn't know If silicone would stick to acrylic to prevent leaking. It does not have any strength bearing. Thanks for the replies Ill give this a try. Link to comment
Flicker
The only thing about superglue gel is it will dry in a butt ugly mess, You can smooth out silicone to make it look decent. Just depends on if the location will be visible or not. Link to comment
