i saw this awesome little 1" sebae clown at my LFS. I'd love to have him in my 5.5 for a while even thought im aware that he would out grow it.

how long would this take tho... would he grow fast enough that id have to take him out within a few months?? id most likely remove him when he is about 2.5-3", but anyone know how long i might be able to keep him before he gets this big??

gracias :)

Depends on how much you feed him and how often you change the water. Heavy feedings and frequent water changes will mean the fish will grow at a fast rate. Adult size for this fish will be 2-3" long.

Sebae clowns can get pretty big, I saw one in a fellow reefers tank that was 4" maybe even a little bigger. He had kept it for 4 years and it was in a large aquarium. Like stated above, being kept in a smaller aquarium will slow down their growth dramatically. I would guess you can keep him in your current tank for at least a year, probably more.
