rustyreef
i saw this awesome little 1" sebae clown at my LFS. I'd love to have him in my 5.5 for a while even thought im aware that he would out grow it. how long would this take tho... would he grow fast enough that id have to take him out within a few months?? id most likely remove him when he is about 2.5-3", but anyone know how long i might be able to keep him before he gets this big?? gracias Link to comment

bradjoyce
fishes metabolism will really slow down in a small environment so actually believe it or not wouldnt grow Link to comment
Aiptasia
Depends on how much you feed him and how often you change the water. Heavy feedings and frequent water changes will mean the fish will grow at a fast rate. Adult size for this fish will be 2-3" long. Link to comment
Isaka
Sebae clowns can get pretty big, I saw one in a fellow reefers tank that was 4" maybe even a little bigger. He had kept it for 4 years and it was in a large aquarium. Like stated above, being kept in a smaller aquarium will slow down their growth dramatically. I would guess you can keep him in your current tank for at least a year, probably more. Link to comment
