snookface1
I have a coralife 96w 50/50 fixture on my 13 gal custom tank. The light is not as Actinic as I would like, (comparing it to my 55 gal). My question is could I replace it with a pure Actinic bulb to get the color I want. Current I only have LR and shrooms in the tank. I will be adding other items in the future. Link to comment

qfour20
First, I will assume you're talking about a 96w powerquad bulb. I don't know of anyone that makes an actinic bulb for the powerquad. I could be wrong, but I don't think so. This is one of the reasons that I didn't buy the powerquad fixture. Not enough flexibility in your bulb options. It's either daylight or 50/50. Those are the breaks, I guess. -q Link to comment
snookface1
Hellolights makes an Antinic, but I'm concern it would limit my tank coral. I think Antinic blue is 7500 wave length. With only that light would that be enough for corals? Link to comment
