this guy Posted February 6, 2011 Share Posted February 6, 2011 im looking for a skimmer for a 12g nano cube. right now i have the biocube skimmer on there with the woodstones but i hear the sapphire one is better but r not made anymore. so if sum one has one or know where they sell it could u let me know thanks. this is my tank so far at 4 months. I also have the Oceanic Skimmer and thought it sucked! I did some modifications to it and now I get nasty looking skimmate daily. I extended the length of the tube to increase dwell time. It now is 14" in length, I also added an Aqua Gardens 750 Air Pump and better valve setup. I know these skimmers suck when originally purchased but the aren't many options for us JBJ owners.
