dylan1464 Posted February 5, 2011 Share Posted February 5, 2011 Well after over a year of wanting a solana i finally picked up the tank and stand for $313. It came yesterday afternoon and i couldnt wait to set it up. I got everything up and running except the light because the disco ball is now discontinued. So i did some more research and i ended up going with a Boost LED unit, itll be here next week. I rinsed the sand in a pillow case and in my opinion that helped out alot. The tank isnt as cloudy as new tanks are. I used 20 gallons of water from my 90G reef because i did it water change on that as well tonight and just mixed up more water for the solana to fill the difference.
