Nano-Chachita-tank Posted January 25, 2011 Share Posted January 25, 2011 Another problem that i am facing is that i am not growing coralline algae yet ? and well i asked the LFS and they told me that if i increase the does on the calcium part of the B-ionic 2 part system it would cause the spread of coralline algae because they said its not really algae but more of a calcium deposit on the rock that for is this true??????? if it help my tank has been running for about 3 months Everyone opinions are welcome Link to comment

If you know someone with a lot of coralline, scrape some flakes off the back wall and sprinkle them all over the rocks. A coralline explosion with commence (as long as your water/light conditions are up to par) Link to comment
