clown not looking good

my tank has been established for a while now, everything is happy. all params are where they should. this morning i fed the tank with bionic as always and then fed the fish. i have a neon dottyback, a watchman goby and a true perc. i fed them all frozen table shrimp. after they were fed the clown hits the sand, rapid breathing and is not swimming, the others are fine swimming about with no signs of illness. i thought maybe the piece of shrimp i gave to the clown was to big and he is choking, but that's my opinion...........what could be wrong, your info would be appreciated.
