Will MH boil my tank???

First of all,im from Malaysia,so the average room temp is 30C. My 7 gallon is currently running on 2x18 watt PC(magnetic ballast) and my tank temp is around 27-28C(my tank has a fan blowing off about 1.5litres a day).The current lights r about 5 inches above water level.The question is,will a 150 watt magnetic ballast driven MH with a fan blowing on it boil my tank?.Buying a chiller is out of the question as im juz a student......can this question even be answered cuz i think its a fairly odd one....X)

no, but youll need to raise the light a few inches above the tank maybe 6 or 7" and by doing that you let the tank aerate better than if you had a hood.
