In fact at our local _ Mart we can get a package of 100 insulin syringes and they dont even ask for I.D. Here in Texas we have these things called horses and they sometimes get sick. It's a lot easier to bring the medicine to the horse rather than the horse to the medicine. If they need fluids for dehydration the best way to give them is introveniously. The vet also gives syringes out to those people who like to vaccinate their own animals for parvo, distemper, rabies, etc. Link to comment
