AStarWithin
I have a 20inch coralife aqualight powerquad hood on my 20inch 10g. I was looking to purchase the legs but as I look at the picture of the legs attached to the tank, I don't think it will work. Its seems like the light must be smaller than the width of the tank. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can I use the legs? Link to comment
Derek_setter
you will be able to use the legs, if you look, the grooves that htye go in run all the way along the light hood. you can p lace them anywhere along that, meaning that the light does not need to be shorter , it can be a little bit longer even where are you going to get the legs btw, i am looking for a pair too, and are you goign to use them on an open top tank? AStarWithin
Oh ok. I was planning on getting them at hellolights.com, i believe they are 7.95. I have a glass top made by All Glass but I took off the rubber material so I wouldn't have a shadow. I have a very, very miminal evaporation now. I don't have to add top off water if I keep to my water change once a week. Link to comment
