my first try!

Just wanted to show my first nano-setup =)

It has been up n runing for about 3 days.

looks nice, plenty of ledges to glue frags to.

red would be an interesting background color.

looks like a sweet setup!! At first I was like, "hmm, wonder where you can get foil to make your tank background purple..." until I saw that that's your room's color... in germany we'd say "verdammt, schickung!" (kinda like "whoa, that's trippy")

My first thought was "what kind of lights does he have...never seen magenta lighting"

 

Now I see it's the wall paint. What are your plans for the tanks? Corals? Fish? That flat piece in front would sure make a sweet shelf between two towers of rocks, to make a cave?

hahaha nice reactions to my background i think ill keep that color it kinda gets nice reactions, and were all in this for the fun, right?

 

And, yes it is about 10 gallons.

 

I think a shelf of that piece of rock would look to artificial, i appreciate the suggestion tho.

 

This tank will inhabit corals first hand, only fish atm is two black mollies that i keep to fight future algea explosions.

 

I will enhance the lighting w/ two 6000K daylight compact flourescents instead of the 2000k i have now.

 

I was very lucky to find high quality live rock.
