To set up a coral business in the state of Washington:

-You'll need a Form 518c for Fish and Wildlife.

-To obtain this form all animals must be grown on commercial or industrial property in the state of Washington. They can't be kept on residential property.

-Federal permit for keeping exotic species

-Submit independent laboratory results of palytoxin levels to the DEA every six months

-An interstate license for transporting wildlife across state lines.

-Proof of origin for all your frags.

-Detailed receipts of all transactions in case you're audited.

-IRS 1040-ES.

Good luck ;)
